SEPT 7TH
Look for Player to perform in L.A. for a crowd of 64,000 on October 20th. World Peace is filming a documentary for TV and will feature many great bands for the cause. If you live in the area, stop in to show your support...and wear your Player shirts proudly(available on the merchandise page)

JULY 6TH
Once again PLAYER's best loved theme song is back in the movies. It showed up in 'Date Movie' last year but you can now hear "Baby Come Back" in the new mega movie of the year 'TRANSFORMERS. It's the big talk on all the message boards and forums on the internet right now. The sad part is that as I was reading a so-called "experts" review, he mentioned 'Hall and Oates' as the recording artist. Makes me cringe every time!! These people really need to do their homework!! Back in the 70's, the same thing would continually happen, and it's just not fair. There is only one voice like Peter Beckett's and one band as harmonic as PLAYER...so please GET IT RIGHT!!!!!!!
Ok, now that I got that out of my system...go see the movie and enjoy the cute part where "a snippit of "Baby Come Back" is played.

MARCH 10TH
Peter announced Player's first tour date for 2007 on WKRZ 98.5 with DJ Shadoe Steele tonight. Their first date will be Lincoln Park, Lincoln, R.I. from May 25th to 26th. This is not the tour with Hall and Oates and Toto. That tour is still in the works...

MARCH 4TH
Today is Ronn Moss' birthday...does the man ever age? I want what ever he is eating. Ronn turned 55 today. HAPPY BIRTHDAY RM !!

FEBRUARY 25TH
If you happen to live in Australia, you may catch a glimpse of Ronn Moss this week around town, but not on stage belting out tunes from his last solo CD 'Uncovered'. He's filming some special shows for his daytime soap 'The Bold and the Beautiful'. Ronn will be there until March 1st, so if you have plans in meeting him, grab your cameras and get going!

FEBRUARY 18TH
There is talk of Player going out on tour sometime this year with two other great 70's bands, Toto and Hall and Oates.  Nothing is definite yet but you will be the first to know right here when it is verified. Keep your fingers crossed because you will be getting your money worth with this lineup...
